Hell's Phoenix by Gracen Miller review!
ARC review- A big Thank you to Gracen for providing it!
A book this good should get more than five stars! If you loved the previous books, you will LOVE this one! It is one of the best books I have read in a while!
Hell's Phoenix is the dark and sensual continuation of the Road to Hell series. All our favorite characters are there- Madison, Micah, Nix, Amos, and Zen- as well as some new characters that are just as delightful- Kur. I won't spoil the fun, but let's just say that Kur fits in perfectly with this supernatural group! ;) A lot of the characters change dramatically throughout the novel. A dangerous, new type of succubus is revealed. Zen is put on the spotlight a little bit more, and we find out just how much Micah cares about his Madison. Never before have I been stuck between which guy I like more in a love triangle, but I can't pick between them!
I stated in my Pandora's Box review that Nix and Madison had explosive chemistry, and we get a good dose of that in this book. But my feelings towards Micah are growing and he and Madison have a different type of chemistry that is just as good. The scenes between the three of them are amazing.
Hell's Phoenix was an emotional roller coaster and one hell of a sequal. There were a couple scenes that actually had me in tears! This is one of those books that will have you staying up until the early hours of the morning because you cannot put the book down because you cannot wait to find out what comes next! I think the cover fits beautifully with the mood of the story, as well. And the actual meaning of the title will surprise you! It's not what you think it is!
Gracen Miller is such a talented writer. She writes incredibly scary descriptions of Hell- not sure how I did not have nightmares- and then switches to incredibly sexy love scenes the next! And it is done perfectly!
If you have not picked up these books yet, you need to quick! They are the perfect blend of romance, action, and horror that will have you addicted in no time!
Hell's Phoenix blurs the line between good and evil. Which side will you choose?
I cannot wait until the next installment of the series is released! And until this one is out in paperback so I can add it to my shelf!
I loved Pandora's Box. I'm probably going to read Hell's Phoenix this weekend. Thanks for your comments. It makes me even more eager to read this book.
