Vampires have always been at the bottom of the paranormal totem pole for me, but I just may be a convert after reading these novellas. Amanda's vampires are seriously sexy and I can't get enough! Greene does a great job crafting these paranormal tales. Her stories suck you in quickly and hold onto you until they are over. She excels in storytelling and adding great details into her scenes. I have very much enjoyed spending time in this world where vampire assassins lurk in the shadows to eliminate any possible danger.
Surrender to the Chase was even better than A Bewitching Christmas. It's everything you could want in a paranormal novella. Well written, sexy as sin, with some romance and action. It's a quick read, but was a satisfying story. I loved Ethan and the time we spent getting to know his past and what was in his head. I always enjoy stories where a bad, tough guy falls in love and Ethan and Fraya had amazing chemistry. It was refreshing to see that the female character was the one possessive over her male instead of it always being the other way around. I also enjoyed that the story featured several types of paranormal creatures.
I am looking forward to reading more from Amanda!
