I grew up reading Nancy Drew and the Hardy boys mysteries before I graduated to Mills & Boons (starting with Janet Daily's Shutter the Sky) and the rest is history.
I enjoy romance stories, chilling suspense, mind-boggling mysteries and wondrous adventures. When I finished college and decided to be a stay-at-home mother, I devoured books like they were going out of production, until reading just wasn't enough. So I started to write.
I've written picture books, contemporary and romantic suspense, biracial/multicultural books, and YA fantasy. AWAKENED, the prequel to The Guardian Legacy series, is a YA fantasy about children of the fallen angels. BETRAYED, book #1,is now available (release date June 2012), HUNTED (due Feb 2013) is book #2 and I'm currently working on the third book.
I also write adult romance under the psuedonym E. B. Walters. SLOW BURN, is the first book in the series. MINE UNTIL DAWN is number two, KISS ME CRAZY is number three and DANGEROUS LOVE. The adult romance are about the sons and daughters of the Fitzgeralds, a prominent Irish-American family on the West Coast.
When I'm not writing, I do things with my family, five children or my darling husband of 20 years. I live in a picturesque valley in Utah, the setting for my series.

I've never really been all that into contemporary romance. There's just something so...normal about it most of the time. I absolutely adored Ednah's Young Adult series, and I had heard so many good things about this series that I definitely wanted to give it a shot.
Wow! There is nothing normal about this book! Bad cops, burglars, and feisty heroines, oh my! I never doubted Ednah for a moment. She draws you in with a story that is so suspenseful, and romantic that it becomes nearly impossible to put down. The story flows incredibly well. Amy and Eddie have such wonderful chemistry! Not only that, but there are so many different things about each character that make the story so much more amazing! Like the fact that Amy has a little girl. Watching Eddie's progression with Amy's daughter is just the sweetest and most beautiful thing. It makes Eddie that much more desirable, not just for Amy either! ;) I really like that Amy stands up for herself. She's so feisty and doesn't take crap from anyone! That is a rare trait in heroines these days and I loved it!
One of my favorite things about the book is that despite the fact that it is book number five in the series, and I have not read any of the previous books, I didn't feel lost at all. The story is a great stand alone book, but I bet after I go back and read the rest of the series, it'll make Forever Hers so much more enjoyable!
Forever Hers reminds me of some of Nicholas Sparks work, only better because you get tragedy, romance and a happy ending! I will be starting book one, Slow Burn, very soon and will be purchasing all the other books in the series! I highly encourage this one for anyone looking for a really good contemporary read! Congratulations, Ednah! :) You have the first contemporary book to make it to my 'Favorites' shelf on Goodreads! That's how good this book is, folks! <3

ooh, thank you for taking a chance with it, Kristina. I rally enjoyed writing Eddie's story. He's been one of my favorite Fitzgerald guy.
